A Journey Born from Experience
When menopause hit, Elaine lost her energy, her sleep, and the body she had known for decades. Doctors offered prescriptions. She wanted real answers. Inspired by her grandmother's natural healing wisdom, she spent years mastering infrared therapy, cryotherapy, PEMF, and holistic nutrition — testing every protocol on herself.
The results changed her life. The inflammation faded. The energy returned. Women around her started asking: What are you doing differently?
That question became Holistic Rejuvenation Center. Over 10+ years and 500+ women later, Elaine still leads every client relationship personally.
